Welcome to the application portal of the HECTOR School of Engineering & Management. Thank you for your interest in our part-time Master programs!

Our Master programs start in October and there is no application deadline. However, we recommend international applicants to submit their application by June at the latest, especially if a visa is required.

Register on the portal:

Create your application portal login and confirm your email address by clicking on the link sent to you by email. Once registered, you can log in and out to start or continue your application.

Complete the application form:

It will only take you about 20 minutes to complete and submit your application if you have all the necessary information and documents at hand. Click here to check what you need.

Please note:

• You can edit your application at any time until you submit it.
• Cookies must be enabled.
• The English language test certificate and reference letters are not required for the first submission of your application.
• Maximum file size for each attachment is 2 MB.
• Be sure to click "Save and proceed" before proceeding to the next step or logging out.
• Once you have submitted your application, you will have read-only access to the portal; please look out for the confirmation email.

Submit and sign your application:

Usually within an hour of submitting your application, you will receive a second email with a pdf document of your application. Print out the last page, sign it and email it back to us.

Subsequent document upload:

Please ensure that you submit any missing documents as soon as possible, otherwise we cannot further process your application.

Application review and interview:

We will review your application and, if it is approved, suggest dates for an interview with the Admission Committee. Please be aware that our business hours may differ from yours and that we receive a high volume of requests, but rest assured that we will process your application as quickly as possible.
